The apocalypse is here! The wall of doom is closing in! And you have to use your speed and dexterity to outrun it for as long as possible!
Dino Run is the latest game by Pixeljam, in Dino Run you control (non-surprisingly) a dinosaur, you have to navigate him through each level as fast as possible before the impending apocalypse catches up, and while doing so picking up eggs, bones, power-ups and DNA.
Dino Run has a very retro feel to it due to its impressive pixel art work, even when you’re running at full speed you’ll want to slow down just for nostalgia’s sake and admire some of the impressive art work.
Singleplayer is either follow the campaign or do speed runs, both are very fun.
Multiplayer is a blast as well, in multiplayer you race against other players to see who can get to finish line first, and with bonus levels, leaderboards and unlockables, multiplayer has a lot of replayability.
The only short coming is the campaign doesn’t feature many levels, well only 7 to be exact although to make up for it they made an achievement system for finding all the treasure and doing impressive feats.
Casualty Tips:
- You can play on easy first to level up your dino, then attempt the harder difficulties.
- The cheats are:
- Top Speed: dinoracer
Mega Jump: leapinliz
Super Strength: calcium
Goodbye Doom: explore
Low Gravity: astrosaur
Boulders = Balloons: goofballs
Lights Out: goodbyesun
Meteor Storm: smokey
- Top Speed: dinoracer
- Be warned, if you enable cheats you can’t get achievements, score or level up.
