Not being very specific, Jason Ing informed Joystiq that the re-release of Duke Nukem 3D will be available for the Xbox Live Arcade sometime in September. Minimal graphic enhancement is seen in this Xbox exclusive title, not unlike the Doom remake for XBLA.
A few other tidbits have been mentioned about the game, including a rewind function that allows players to rewind the game to correct mistakes, and a saved clips feature that allows you to create and share clips in multiplayer.
