A game that can devastate the office, leave computers in ruins, and leave you with broken fingers and a bloody nose. I present Chicanery.. The ultimate game for desktop combat.

“Each player places a finger on the Q, C, T or M key. when the countdown is over the game begins: the last player to release her key is the winner. players are encouraged to use any available means to coerce the others into losing the game.”
Sounds simple right? Yet it is multiplayer gaming at its finest, Chicanery requires 2-4 players and each player has to try and get their opponent to take their finger off the key… Ideally through means of ‘Chicanery’ but from my experience it becomes physical pretty fast.

/Very tempted to record a video of a Chicanery fight in my office.

Sounds like one could easily mod the rules and create a great drinking game.

Haha, so cool. Now I need 3 buddies to play with. For a drinking game version one will need a bigger keyboard or someone comes up with a version that can make use of those dancing pads

How about this for a console version:
Each player gets a controller and a stick of that really thick red licorice. The object of the game is to hold one of the trigger buttons down as long as possible. Mark off a 10 foot square area which players aren’t allowed to leave and let the whipping commence.

Ya’ mean Twizzlers? Oh joy! ^_^
We play this at the office all the time, best trick is to put your thumb on the key and do your joker impressions on your boss.

I was about to suggest a connect to other players option but then I realized that would completely ruin the whole “Psych out your opponent” thing because you wouldn’t be able to talk to eachother.
