I loved Shenmue 1, though I never “beat” the game. Funny thing is I bought Shenmue 2 for the Xbox but never played since I did not finish part 1.

i personally just LOVE jet set radio and shenmue series the most… they are freaking awesome! long time spend on them))) but i love skies of arcadia, hod2 and sf3 from this list too. but you miss some games i think, its like they are already mentioned in comments, but Soul Calibul, Sonic, RE:CV, MvC2 and crazy taxi and something else is just MUST be here)))) lets just make top 30 and remember all dreamcast AWESOME and inimitable games =)

Anyway, yeah, I’d have to agree completely with Jet Set Radio and the Shenmue games, but I, personally, would have put up Marvel vs Capcom 2, Dead or Alive 2, Resident Evil Code Veronica, Soul Calibur and Bleemcast for Tekken 3, simply because it’s Tekken on the Dreamcast, and it looks better on a Dreamcast than the system it was intended for. What more could you want?

seriously, the absence of Soulcalibur makes this list totally worthless, I think Soulcalibur was the only DC game to be considered one of the greatest games ever made.

Thanks 80sNostalgia, I did have Crazy Taxi but removed it at the last minute for some reason, Chu Chu and Sega Bass would both have been worthy to grace the list but they too narrowly missed out!!

If I were to compile a list of my top 10 games, I’d have to share a few off your list. Rez is absolutely awsome! The Shenmues have absolutely hours of play in them, Jet Set Radio is a must also as is House of the Dead 2.

I’d also add in Crazy Taxi, the original and best Chu Chu Rocket, and probably Sega Bass Fishing purely because of the fishing rod novelty aspect.

Good list though!
