Zompocalypse: Episode One released

The Aussie crew over at Toadtrip.com released their debut PC title ‘Zompocalypse’ late last week, Zompocalypse is a hardcore 2D Zombie shoot em up, full of foul language and loads of gore.
I think in our beta coverage we best summed up the game, ‘In Zompocalypse equipped with destructive weaponry take on hordes of Zombies, solo or with a partner… Think Metal Slug except zombiefied and you’ll be get a rough idea of what this game is like.’ Check out the trailer after the jump.
Episode 1 is selling for a smooth 10 bucks, and a demo is also available on their site. We hope to publish a full review in the coming weeks and also on a side note be sure to check out the Zompocalypse site for a full history of Zombies (be warned there is a few gorey photos).

The game looks awesome but I don’t think I’d ever buy it, it looks addictive but it will probably end up being one of those games were you eventually just say to yourself “Why is this so addictve?” 0_0

After one year,the story mode is still blocked,what a shame,the game is awesome,but it seems the creators just forget about it….
