		<description>I&#039;m working on a game that, while it does not rely heavily on plot, has one. It&#039;s going to be tricky balancing the game and story, to please both audiences. I hope to have cutscenes, but they shouldn&#039;t hinder the actual gameplay.

		<description>I agree with the main points. I took a design class in college and we covered most of what you mentioned. Basically, developers need to understand PADI and apply it properly. Plan, analyze, design, implement. I wish I could remember the name of the textbook I read because it was fantastic.

The lack of proper alpha and beta testing is a serious issue. It is necessary that there be multiple testers at many stages throughout development. Sony is a good example of how much they have tested Home. Beta testing should be a pro-bono job for gamers nationwide and require a written product. That way developers could know who they should hire based on previously produced written feedback.</description>
