2008 was a great year for flash gaming, there was so many brilliant games released. With much painstaking arguments we have whittled it down to our 5 favorite games that were released in 2008.

Forgive the briefness of this post, but check out all the linked reviews for each game, they are all definitely worth checking out.
On a concluding note, Monster’s Den… we love you, seriously.

Phun is 100% free and it’s way better then Fantastic Contraption
Sonny 2 was GRINDTASTIC. The developer ramped up the difficulty way too fast to make the game longer on purpose, to make a longer game. It feels like Artificial Lengthening.
I enjoyed the original Sonny much more. I share your dislike for the sequel, Zakia.

I highly disliked that they ‘tie off’ Sonny 1 way too fast, and throw you in a irrelevant plot.

The list feels like Kongregate is written all over it, but I guess it’s just one of the largest portals. The other feeling is that there are a lot of flash games passed over on the way to this list.

Roomy
Nice games but my favorite will remain GemCraft. I’d also recommend Indestructo Tank, Desktop Tower Defense, Totem Destroyer and Age of War which I think should have made the list too.
